  This place is absolutely rediculous. Upon arrival you see the surrounding neighborhoods.. GHETTO and the same guy sits on this abandoned house selling drugs. Anywho, I came in a few days ago to see my grandmother whom lives there. and I was dumbfounded by how rude and unprofessional most of the staff is. I came in to be greeted by the desk clerk, Glenda? she was ok i guess. but then talked to Nicole for a a few minutes and immediately realized how unprofessional she is and that what ive heard about her is true. unprofessional and rude. I was also stared at by some 22 yr old kid there, i asked my mother who that was and she said "Chris" ive heard this name several times by tenants and they all say the same thing " he'll run the other way if you spot him" " he doesnt do ANYTHING" " my A/C is still broken, Chris has been in my apartment 10 times.."
  he's a F***ing creep. not only is he ugly and weird, hes as tall as my grandma. 5 ft. nothing lol. My grand mother had an work order in for a few days now. and i walk to the salon area to see this kid still living up to his name. doing nothing but talking to some 18 yr old girl.
  
  However, i talked to my grandmother about the staff as a whole and she told me that the other desk clerk, i cant recall her name, and Nancy the Assistant manager is an very helpful and respectful woman. she'll work with you to help you fix an issue you have even if it means staying late to pursue the problem. This place needs workers with her same outlook and fairness.
  
  other things to look at when approaching this place is the issue with the water. my grandmother says everyones unhappy with the water pressure/temperature here. its either scolding hot or ice cold and theres absolutely no pressure.
  when you come up to bram towers you want to talk to as many tenants as you can to find out the pros and cons of living in this place. ive only heard that people want to leave. my grandmother has nowhere else to go and she stays around because "i dont want to be a bother to you and the kids"
  i wish i could do something for grandma. and ive tried talking to the staff. and things are still not getting done.
  
  anyway, anyone looking to come here. unless they change management, clean house, change attitude, do more for tenants, and take into consideration of what needs to be done. I STRONGLY reccomend looking elsewhere.
  
  as for Grandma, im in the process of getting her a new senior living place.
