  I went in there to buy a toner and the associate convinced me and getting my hair bleached which totally damaged my hair. They also charge me for a product that I didn't even buy. They have very bad customer service. I will not be shopping there again. They should hire Associates that are more familiar with products or if they don't know anything they shouldn't suggest anything at all.
