  I called about a bad service, but it was the wrong store! The manager was very patient. I have never shop in this store but maybe I should :)

  Best Buy is one of the worst places to shop if you're looking for comprehensive or really any customer service. You may go as a motivated buyer ready to purchase but if there's no one to assist you, unless of course you want to buy a cell phone, how can you be sure you're getting all that you need to achieve the effect that you want. Also they seem dishonest and telling you oh yeah we can get you this amazing price but they don't include the fact that you're going to need a $300 monitor and the keyboard and mouse are going to be another 150. It's just very misleading and their customer service leaves pretty much everything to be desired.
