  Always ask for an estimate...continuously.
  We called Sepco Air with a promise that we would recieve an estimate up front. The service technician, Ivan, avoid our questions
  until the very end. He charged us a $105 for service. When we spoke with him, he did not seem to understand to the term estimate. There was a huge lack in communication on their part which is important when it comes to business. Ivan left us that day with my money and went on his way with his poor business skills. If anything, I hope he now understands what the word estimate means and what it entitles so that no one else will fall victim to his poor communication skills.
