  I usually love a Pizza Hut lunch buffet but not this time. Stopped in on Friday...waited about 7 minutes behind another couple already in line without ever being acknowledged by the staff. (The couple in front of us indicated they were not greeted either). The seating area was almost about 2/3s full so I'm not sure why the long wait to be seated. There was open seating at the bar area so we sat there... didn't matter though because there was only spiral pasta on the buffet. It took close to 5 more minutes to get a couple of root bears and shortly after that someone brought out a couple of Pizzas. Throughout the entire visit it was hard to get any pizza because it came out so slow. My wife had to wait next to the buffet just to get a slice because when it did come out there was a mad dash of pizza crazed zombies trying to get their fill before going back to work. Very disappointing. Get more staff during payday Friday lunch buffet hours.

  Friday visit for lunch buffet, i was pleasantly surprised when our group of 4 showed up and got a table right away. Our server came over and got our drink order immediately, and we were off to the buffet within minutes of getting there. There were at least 5-6 flavors of pizza available, pasta, a couple types of bread sticks, and dessert pizza. We were asked about the included side salads when our drinks showed up, which threw our timing a little off, but we're the ones who bolted for the buffet! Well be going back again.
